The thought that Jesus, while suffering to the highest degree, was looking forward to the joy that would be gained when we were freed from sin. Just wow. You have to understand that not only was Jesus going through immense physical suffering, but deeply spiritual suffering as well. It says in the gospels that Jesus was crying out “My God my God, why have you forsaken me?” because God Himself turned His back on Jesus as He took on every past sin, every current sin, and every future sin of man. What an utterly, awe-inspiring, awesome God we serve!!!
Well, I just ordered my burr mill coffee grinder and french press for the ultimate coffee experience!!! :D So excited, it should be here by Friday!!
