Sorta bummed out, but blessed

I’m really bummed out that the specialization I was going to declare this year (intercultural studies) has been completely wiped out. They’re replacing the department with “Global Studies”, their main purpose in mind is that when missionaries go to certain countries, governments will let them in because their degree will say global studies instead of missions/intercultural studies. Nonetheless, the worship department hasn’t quite replaced a specialization for something like global studies; I think they’re in the process of making an ethnomusicology, but not anytime soon. I’ll most likely take the Biblical studies instead so I can still graduate on time, which should still be cool! We must always remember that if God shuts one door, we must search His heart and look for the next one :)
